FEAR

Wednesday, September 29th, 2010

Just coming off my only two days off that I get this week, thanks to yet another stand up job by my company to build us schedules that are livable. The information gets inputed into a computer and as long as what comes out is legal, they go with it. I have dealt with this for a long time now, but the older I get and the more time it costs me away from my family, the more difficult it is to deal with.

For me it is just more fuel for the fire, I am more motivated than ever to replace my income, so that I can be in control of my life and not some corporation that just sees me as a number. I don’t know how that makes you feel, being told what to do, when to do it and how much money you are going to make, maybe, if you are not subjected to another pay cut. I do not like being told what days off I can have or how many or when I can take a vacation and for how long.

I don’t know too many people that do like this situation, so why do they stay? FEAR or false expectations appearing real, so many people are afraid to take action or to take a chance on anything. Even if you remove all risk, most will still not take a chance on something that could change their lives forever. I love the network marketing business, there is no other business that you can get involved with that has so much potential and so little risk, if any.

My companies have no risk, they both offer a money back guarantee, if you do not like the products or feel like the business is not for you, just ship the unused products back and all money is refunded back to you. How great is that, you get to take it for a test drive before you buy. Still many say no thanks and go back to their jobs and continue to complain about their life. That makes no sense to me or the people that I have on my team. To be successful, you have to surround yourself with successful people.

Lose those dead beat friends that are holding you back, turn off the TV a couple nights, take a chance on something that could change your life forever or continue to complain and do nothing. The choice of being successful is up to you, we all have the same 24 hours everyday. Jim Rohn said it best, the same winds blows on us all, it is not the blowing of the wind, but the setting of the sail. How are you setting your sail?

Benefits of Networking

Friday, September 24th, 2010

It is truly amazing to see the rewards that come from helping others. I have herd it so many times, that if you will help people get what they need, then your needs will be met. That is just one of the many advantages from being  part of a great network, Xyngular Corporation is growing so fast and helping so many people feel better, lose weight and have more energy and generate a nice income as well.

The wealthy build networks and the poor go to work, profits are better than wages. If you love your job and you make a nice income and have plenty of time off to enjoy your family that is great! If you do, you are in the minority. To be successful at networking you need a great product, experienced management and your team has to be motivated and willing to help you achieve your goals.

Network marketing allows you to use other peoples time and talent to help you grow your business and with  international exposure it will grow 24/7. You can also work your business no matter where you are, if you have a phone and a computer you are good to go. There is no other business out there that cost so little to start and has such an unlimited potential.

This is a performance base business, in my job I am limited to the number of hours I can fly and the amount of money that I can make, but in my business, it is truly unlimited. I am amazed everyday that the amount of income that can be generated from network marketing. It is the best business to get involved with today!

Using the internet and social media alone you can grow your business extremely fast and start to generate profits your first month. You can invite your friends and family to look at your opportunity, some will, most will not. That is okay, when you get started be very careful who you get advice from.

Your friends and family can sometimes prevent you from taking that step that you want to take to have a better life. If you do it and succeed, then they no longer have an excuse for why they cannot. I have herd it all so far, but the best revenge to all of the negative comments is success.

Stop feeling like you do not deserve to be successful, we all deserve to be. We were not put here to live a meager existence, we are here to live an abundant life. Take action today, start moving in the right direction and stop sitting on the fence wondering what it would be like not to have to worry about money.

Flying fast!

Sunday, September 19th, 2010

It is day four and I have the pedal to the metal, hoping to finish up on time and make it home early enough to have dinner with the family and some quality time with my son before bedtime. I cannot even begin to put into words the joy that comes from being at home and getting that quality time. I know that with a 9-5 job some may get to see their kids more often but it seems like that 9-5 job is more like 8-6 or worse by the time you figure in your commute time and traffic.

Then there are those days that you have to stay late to finish a project or work on a Sat or Sun. We just seem to work harder and harder but yet we never achieve that level of success that we are after. I typically get three days off a week and I try to make the most of it, I want my son to miss me when I am gone and appreciate the time that we share together. My goal is to have seven days off, spending only a few hours a day taking care of business and the rest playing on the lake, chillin by the pool, playing ball or ridding motorcycles.

I can think of numerous things that I would rather be doing than working, that is why I am taking action today. I am 41 years old and my goal is to retire from the airlines at 45, even if I miss it by a year or two I will be doing better than most. What is your goal? Any idea at all when you could possibly retire? Do you know how much money you will need to live on or how much college is going to cost for your children? If not, you need to find out, don’t wait until your golden years to find out that you are going to be short like most do. If you want to be 60 years old and greeting people at Wal-mart that is great, most are not there because they want to be.

Life is short, the sooner you can get into a position that affords you the opportunity to do what you want, when you want, and not worry about where the money is going to come from, the sooner you will experience true happiness. So many people that I speak with want this happiness and freedom, but they have a lottery type mentality and are not willing to take action and do the work necessary to get them where they want to be. There really is no get rich quick, it is very possible to get rich slowly if you will just take a little action everyday and don’t quit.

Health and Aviation

Friday, September 17th, 2010

On my web site www.healthandwealthforpilots.com I cover many of the basic issues that are concerning to pilots. We work in one of the most unhealthy environments, we are constantly exposed to germs from the recycled air that we breathe on the aircraft to the radiation exposure at the higher attitudes. Our diets are horrible, we do not exercise as much as we should and our sleep cycles stay screwed up because of our crazy schedules.

You combine all of these things and throw in a little stress from the uncertainty that we face with the companies that we work for and a little stress from home with our spouses and kids and it is no wonder that most pilots do not live very long past their retirement date. That last study that I read years ago, the life expectancy of an airline pilot was 62 years old. I think that we are doing a little better today, but not by much.

Because of the landscape of our diets, my generation may become the first generation not expected to live longer than our parents have. With science and technology being what it is, how sad is it that we live in such an obese and unhealthy society? We have become so lazy in our lives that it just does not seem to matter to a lot of people that they are unhealthy and they are cutting their lives short by years.

Then some want to smoke and drink in excess, shaving even more time off. It does not take much to turn things around and brake the cycle of bad habits. You have to have a desire to do so and then educate yourself a little bit on what you should and should not be eating. Let’s face it as we get older and our metabolism slows down, we cannot continue to eat the way that we did in our twenties.

The body really starts to change once we enter our thirties and even more in our forties and fifties and we must change as well if we want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It does cost a little more to eat healthy, supplements to your diet can be a little expensive, but you will either pay now or pay later, the choice is really yours to make.

Life is much more enjoyable when you are healthy! I have many friends that are over weight and they are always complaining about how tired they are and they never have the energy to keep up with their children. I believe that we must supplement our diet in order to give our bodies everything that it needs. The body is very amazing, when it has what it needs it works well, when it does not get what it needs it begins to break down. You feel tired, get sick, do not sleep well and we age much faster when we do not feed our bodies properly.

Working your Business

Saturday, September 11th, 2010

Just a quick note about working your business, often I have people that join my business opportunity that for some reason think that once they join that the money is just going to start to pour in. You know that it does not work that way, network marketing is work and you have to work it if you want to be successful.

I have grown to love the network marketing business for several reasons, one being the power of leverage and being able to grow your business 24/7 no matter where you are or what you are doing, that is powerful! Incorporating technology and the use of virtual assistants to do most of your busy work or work that you are not very good at, enables you to work on your business not in your business.

I would love to be able to outsource my flying job, how great would that be to be able to pay someone a lower rate than what I am paid to go fly my trips and I stay at home and pocket the rest. That is exactly what you can do when you learn how to market your business online.

Just like any other job or business to be successful you have to gain knowledge. I have spent so much time, money and effort educating myself trying to learn how to be the most effective and how to use my time wisely. Social media is a very powerful way to generate leads or to drive traffic to your site to promote your product or service.

If you are serious about being successful, you must learn how to use social media to your advantage. Click on the link below and watch the short video and learn just how Katie Freiling, a 27 year old woman generates over a 100 leads daily and has earned a six figure income in less than one year just using free social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, check it out.

The Perfect Day

Neice & nephew

The Perfect Day

Mommie & Breck

We all get so busy most days that we forget how to have fun. Last week when we had my neeice and nephew in town we hit the lake for the day and had such a good time! I had not realized just how long it had been since we spent the day on the lake.

It has been usually hot for us in North Carolina these past few weeks, so it has been diffcult to spend a great deal of time out doors with my son. He is a trooper, but after about an hour if that, he is ready to cool off. Last year he was a little afraid of the lake and the ride on the boat or jet ski, not this year. I think that he would stay out on the lake all day now.

I enjoy time with family and friends and have not had enough quality time with either these past couple of years. Even though I am working hard at my JOB, I am working even harder with my business. I can’t wait to be able to break free and have more quality time to do the things that I enjoy.

Life is very short, hopefully you are making the most of it and are working toward a better quality of life. I have met quite a few people in the past couple of years that took action and are now living the life that they want.  I am working with a very successful and motivated Doctor that is helping me to achieve my goals.
