Well I thought summer was here? I saw that it was 92 degrees in Charlotte today, not the case in Fargo, North Dakota. I woke this morning to a very chilly and snowy start, yes it was snowing in Fargo, someone forgot to tell them that winter is over. When we landed in Chicago it was warmer, but raining and thunderstorms. I just left Knoxville, Tennessee and it was perfect. Sunny and about 80 degrees, that is just right. (more…)

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010On day two of my three days off I was spending the afternoon at one of my son’s favorite places, McDonald’s. After he ate most of his happy meal it was time to hit the playground. Usually our trips to McDonald’s are pretty uneventful, but today we happen to meet Joe Gibbs, former coaching legend for the Washington Redskins and team owner of Joe Gibbs Racing.
