On day two of my three days off I was spending the afternoon at one of my son’s favorite places, McDonald’s. After he ate most of his happy meal it was time to hit the playground. Usually our trips to McDonald’s are pretty uneventful, but today we happen to meet Joe Gibbs, former coaching legend for the Washington Redskins and team owner of Joe Gibbs Racing.
